Selected for the LIFT UTOPIA Digital R&D* Residency, this project used digital media to create a virtual bridge between Gaza and London. Simultaneous workshops and performances connected artists and audiences across both cities, forming a shared “third” space. By juxtaposing people and objects from each location, the work imagined a new, improvised world — exploring what ‘home’ means and opening possibilities beyond the current realities of conflict and restriction.
The residency was published in Reuters/ TNT world in 2016.
